Hello Spring – my favourite time of the year. And wow, we could all do with a dose of sunshine after the past few months!
We find ourselves in really strange times just now! It’s March 2020 and I’m sure it’s a month that as human beings we will never forget! As we find ourselves in the grip of Corona virus worldwide it’s time to reflect on how we can look after our own health and also the health of those around us too.
