Welcome back to the Thrive Podcast and I’m excited to bring you this episode as I dive deep into the world of adaptogens with Tulsi Spirit owner Elita Mosseri.
Adaptogens – what the heck are they? A group of intelligent plants and mushrooms that have been used for centuries for their ability to help our bodies adapt to everyday challenges and stress – maybe that’s why they’re becoming more popular again as we’re as stress levels continue to climb!
Elita started her journey with medicinal herbs and mushrooms at a young age as this was the norm in her family. After travelling the world and settling in the UK, Elita got back to her roots in Ayurveda; and launched Tulsi Spirit.
