For me meditation is a hidden secret that everyone should explore. Damn! It should even be taught in schools – it’s that valuable.

When I started to learn about meditation, I was let’s say a little skeptical, a little annoyed and very curious! I had no idea of the value of just sitting, sitting still and being – we are human be-ings after all!

Now 8 years later, I can safely say meditation has changed my life and saved my sanity! That’s why when I talk to people who are curious about meditation and they say: “yeh tried that and I couldn’t do it” I get more than a little bit sad. See, I believe that everyone and anyone can get some value from meditation, for me it brings release from anxiety, creative ideas, gratitude and mind space.

But, I get it 100% – when you start to meditate it IS frustrating! 
That’s why I’ve put together this simple guide to help you get started. Here are my favourite, simple and mind blowing meditations to fit into your day – everyday if you can! See, the key is to make meditation a habit, that’s when the true value comes. But, forming a habit is hard and takes commitment – but if you just make a start – 1 day, 2 days, 3 days – soon you’re on a role and you’re already forming a habit.
