Very berry smoothie with coconut milk

A delicious Very berry smoothie with coconut milk and honey.

Ingredients

(serves 2)
2 cups of fresh or frozen berries
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of coconut milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How to make

Add all ingredients apart from the honey and vanilla into your blender and whizz for a few minutes. Then add the honey and vanilla and quickly whizz again. Pour into a tall glass add ice if you wish and drink.
